I was raised in the kitchen as a Southern Belle. I am a self-taught international chef. I was trained later in life as a Sushi Chef in a Japanese restaurant. I did this to be a well rounded chef because I didn't know how to make Sushi; so I learned. I'm available for meal prep, catering, and private chef duty.
